The birds are 5# ea. just too them out of the brine and will be putting a saltless rub on..the ribs are 6# spares uuummmmmm ribs with a commercial rub and the beef is a 6# top round so i'm covered

as usual there will be the PORN..... i'm off to the bargain barn to check out that S.S MASTERBUILT for 150.00 all the parts are there! and i'm going to see if the element fires up if it does i'm bringing her home

BOO HOO HOO the MES was gone when i got there i knew i should have gotten it last night

just about ready to pull the chickens and ribs man i'm starving. as you can see it's raining so i put up my beach umbrella to keep from cooling the rig only problem is it traps the smoke and about chokes me....what a person has to put up with for his que

Just pulled the top round out of the cooler, mixed the juice and the drippings for a truly dilectable sauce. I think the next time i do one of these i'm going to shred it because it was pulling apart while cutting it..

the ribs and chicken were devoured before i could get porn but believe me they were great. would have liked to do some side dishes but today was honey do day so i didn't have much time so it was smoke and devour
