Thought I would add two exterior facing temperature gauges to my GOSM to keep better track of the internal temps. I had been using oven thermometers, but they just got too messy and difficult to read during an intense smoking session.
The gauges are from Old Smokey - Model BT-1 with a 2 inch dial. Paid $10.00 for each. Installed between the top and second racks and just above the bottom rack to give an idea of the temperatures in the locations where I do most of my smoking at.
