yeah and you should have heard that trailer grunt when the smoker landed on it!!!! 😂😂 Just to give some perspective on the size of this thing…I’m 6-4 and 300 pounds! And if I was flexible enough I could fit in the cook chamber. 😳😲😳 We got home right at 1am This morning. Got it offloaded and in the garage (was worried the stack would clear the door!) right before the bottom fell out. Raced that storm all the way across Arkansas!

I'm not gonna lie...I was kinda worried about how hard it would be to load! Turns out it loaded pretty easy! The big, heavy duty casters, and 3 guys to push/pull...it went right up that ramp easy-peasy!

And I'm glad you managed to beat those storms back home!

Joel this gives a little history on the distillery if your interested…

Thanks for the link Jim! Already browsed through the site - pretty cool! Now I'm even more excited to crack that cork! :emoji_thumbsup:

it will be next weekend! Already planning a good break in cook. Especially since Joel has already seasoned it for me!

Jim

Can't wait to see it Jim!

I think Bearcarver would approve. Simple and tastes good smoked.

Pre-seasoned….dang that is first rate customer service right there!!!!

LOL Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here at RAPS (Red's Amateur Pit Shop)! :emoji_wink:

Heck I figured if I was gonna be firing it up to test burn, I might as well be seasoning it at the same time!
