A little tenderloin

I was away for most of the weekend so I didn't have the chance to do much cooking

but I did have time for a little pork tenderloin.

Rubbed them down with some homemade rub, let them sit in the fridge and smoked them at 225 with a apple/hickory wood mix. Squirted them with a little apple juice, took them off a little early and wrapped them in foil for 15 minutes.
