Been a busy day at the smoker. Got up this morning and put on a small 5 lb butt, a fatty and some ABT's. I used some Tony's seasoning on the ABT's and it turned out pretty good. The fatty was filled with shredded cheese and garlic powder and I used my rub on the outside....very yummy.Took the butt off the GOSM at 200 degrees and pulled it for sammies but not before whipping up a batch of finishing sauce.
