Fired the Bandera up at 6 this morning. Had a 9 lb shoulder sitting in the fridge that's been injected and rubbed with ShooterRick's SBC recipe. Can you tell I love the stuff? Smoking at 250 using red oak with a bit of apple. Just before foiling. After resting in cooler. Pulled. It was a fast shoulder. Took from 7 am into the smoker till 5:30 pm cooler time. It was awesome! I love my Bandera!
