8 racks of BB's w/view

I got 8 racks out in the Stumps today. Doing them for a birthday party tonight for a 1 year old...the adults will eat well

My butcher started getting in slabs with the membrane already off and a little more consistent in size and shape! I need to go buy a case.

Getting them prepped.

already gained ten pounds since i found this forum. you guys are makin it hard to get in shape for race season. awesome stuff. add a six pack and some old fashion donuts and im there.

I've already complained to the admins about the weight gain problems this site can give you. Instead of tryin to help you, the users here just keep posting all these different recipes for rubs, sauces, marinades, etc. and don't warn you that these recipes are addicting. I've considered calling Doc Phil about my addiction here.
Jeff ought to at least have a header/banner/disclaimer that he is not liable for any weight gain once a user enters this sight.

Thanks gang! The party got over quicker than expected two of the little guys got sick before we got there...if they were going to get sick I'm glad it was before they ate! Ribs were good.
