Expect 1.75 hr per lb . allow for more ,
280 changes all parameters that i am used to. Never smoked anything at that temp.
1.5 to 1.75 hrs per lb.
If you hit a long stall more . That is why we smoke to temprature not time.
cooked for about 5 and half hours
