well yesterday I made sausage all day , and since my stuffer leaves approx 2 1/2 lb at the bottom , I decided it was time to make up a few fatties .
I had 1 Hot Italian , 1 honeygarlic cheese n onion , and 3 farmers style ( basically a sage breakfast type sausage ).
I used 1 of the farmers style and rolled and stuffed it with mushrooms bacon and cheddar for supper tonight
, the others I did naked for breakfasts this weekend and some to take to the cottage !
It's great makin sausage , you control the fat and always lots for fatties
