Happy 4th of July everyone!! Hope your day is great. Here is some q-view of what my smoker is doing today. I (of course) have a nice fatty I stuffed with a fiesta blend of shredded cheese and then rubbed it down, some sliced ABT's and a 3lb top round roast. The first picture is about an hour in and the second is the fatty and ABT's waiting for attention

Didn't take long for them to get it either. The roast is still in progress...more to come.

Here is the top round roast after resting. I pulled it at 155 degrees and let it rest for 30 minutes. Sliced thin and it is awesome!

Man, if I wasn't going to be so busy this weekend I'd hook up with you!. I used to live in Mount Lookout, just a few miles south of Summersville. We have a great Q restaurant in Beckley, if you are interested send me a PM and I'll give you directions (would be about an hours drive on I-77 & I-64). I don't get over that way much now, it has grown tremendously and I'm not sure what all is there.

Man that looks good, enjoy it.
