My first batch of Ray's bun recipe

Not all quite even but you can build one of your awesome burgers on them!

Nice cook . I just found some Philly brats in the freezer .
I just did a batch of Ray's bun recipe . Half for burger buns , and the other half I did a loaf . Try it as a loaf of bread . Fantastic .

Yup special blend . Those caught my eye . Look cured and smoked . It all looks good .

Oh man I bet the dough would make a great loaf. May have to try that next time!

Holy Voodoo might be the best commercial rub. Great on everything including fries and pizza.

My wife is joking it has replaced salt and pepper in our house, I put it on everything!

Holy Moley Tander, thanks for the nod and your cook looks fantastic, Like! I'm thrilled you like the bun recipe, I went thru a ton of them that were always too dense before settling in on this one. I think I improved on them quite a bit when I took @chopsaw's advise and cut down on the time the dough worked, and went to AP flour. BTW, you do a far better job of forming the buns for sausage and dogs than I've ever been able to pull off, nice piece of work! RAY

Man thats a nice meal for the 4th! We did brats too! Although we didnt make our buns... sawhorseray do you have the link to your bun recipe? I gotta give it a try!

Looks like a few others got to this first, give the recipe a try you won't regret it!

I don’t think you can beat brats & burgers!
I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t just pig out on that, & it’s so easy to do!
That way you can have. A few adult beverages & still have a good meal!
