I finally used the 321 method on my pork ribs and when the ribs were done I grabed one of the bones to cut the ribs and the bone came off in my hand. They were great jucy and tender. Other attempts at ribs were good but they were tuff. I think i got it.
 
Yea thats the way to cook em cant beat the method falling off the bone tasty' Good Luck and Good Smoking
