2006 JERKY

    I just finished the years first batch of deer jerky,turned out good as always.I shot a 8 point with good body size so Ive got about 12 lbs of meat to turn into jerky.I got a new slicer this year which has helped a lot with the slicing

    dac do you use a recipe or a premix for your jerky?
