Ok on my road of thinking out of the box..Or trying to as much as possible. Maybe others have done this but I have not seen or read anything along this line. So i would like to see what ya think and maybe a tip or 2 that would stop a failed finished product.

My first one is I will be smoking some home made 3 cheese macaroni w/bacon. Figure u can never go wrong with bacon. Anyone try this if so any good tips?
Next I am going to smoke Lasagna. I am going to just buy one at the store for the first attempt and see how it goes. Again any body give this a shot??? Both will be smoked at the same time so I am thinking of a temp around 250-260. I'm thinking about 5-6 hrs for the lasagna and 3 hrs for the mac and cheese. Of course I will have qview of this but any suggestions would be welcomed...thx again...man it's nice to have this place back !!

Both mac and cheese plus lasagna have been smoked and posted here before. However, that being said, give it a go and see if you like it.
