here are the pics of the briskets i smoked today. first up is the 8lb whole; then the 7lb whole; the 8lb sliced; the 7lb sliced; and finally me pulling the point on the 8lb'er. i used jeff's naked rib rub on them, and made his sauce to put on them for sammies. in the am, my wife is making potato salad; i am making wicked beans, beer bread, and peach cobbler. ought to be a good lunch.
