Nothing that will amaze you, but still want to share my yesterdays dinner.
2.5lb Tomahawk rib-eye cooked in sous vide at 130F for 3h20m and quickly seared in butter with garlic and rosemary.

oh man, thats looks perfect to me! But not my wife...she has the "no blood on the plate disease". its the worst. we dont eat much steak together...once the IT starts creeping past 135 I get all twitchy and need to pull it. bahahahah
 
Wow. I have one in the freezer; now I know it will get butter with garlic and rosemary.

Excellent work, if you want to call that work.

I have the same wife. I'm not sure if it her eyes or taste.
