Hi,
My name is Joe and I'm frome SE Kansas. My kids bought me a KC Smoker from rival for Christmas,and I have smoked a brisket and a ham so far.So far So good.

I have been a long time griller,but I have always wanted to smoke,so now I can!!!
Look forward to alot of smoked food in the future.
