Hi All, Trying out spare ribs for the 1st time tomorrow. I did baby backs a few weeks back and they were really good. Trying a sauce I've never tasted (Stubbs) Thinking I'll do the 3-2-1 method I've read about on the fourms. The plan: Tonight: apply rub, soak mesquite chunks Tomorrow: (3) heavy smoke ribs (2) mop with sauce and foil (1) no smoke just heat. If anyone is in the Sacramento Area, you'll be smellin my ribs downtown around noon! Dont try to stop by and get any, I'm sure my wife wont share!
