2 Brined Beauties..Smoker temp 250°, Internal Chix temp 175°, Smoked for 2-1/2 hrs...They are resting now...Hope they taste as good as they look!
Just ate them...DELICIOUS!!!
Thanks for all the help...I've been reading posts and have learned alot over the past couple weeks...
The red and yellow thing are....Marinated red peppers and yellow summer squash. Marinated in of course...Patron tequila, lime juice, splash of beer, herbs and spices...Sorry the pic isn't so good but that's the size it would let me upload...
