Bought some fresh Spare Ribs and cut them St.Louis style also smoked the extra meat but that is a differnt thread.Put some Rasta joe's rub on and into the smoker they went foiled after 3 hrs then added Rasta Joe's sauce on them for the last hour.Turned out great the Family loved them.
