Pros - Simplicity of use, efficient usage of charcoal(be it lump or biquet)

I made a couple of mods before I initially seasoned my WSM. Namely, a gasket kit, a second charcoal grate, mounted together with a pair of 8" eye bolts, to make removal/cleanup easier and a smaller drip pan.
The WSM has made everything I've smoked in it taste sensational. It is easy to maintain even temperatures and burns charcoal efficiently Very happy to have joined the ranks of WSM owners.
