"Little bit big but not bad"
Pros - Brilliant heating unit with dual fuel efficient burner,Well-built and intelligently designed, durable
    Cons - Big :(
loved  by  both  experienced  and  inexperienced  people  because  of  its  simplicity,  ease  of  access,  brilliant  feature  and  affordable  price.

It  ultimately  cooks  the  food  well,  and  you'll  get  the  natural  taste.

So  this  smoker  is  a  go  for  anyone  who  can  afford  this,  and  who  prefers  gas  smoker  more  than  other  types  as  it  ensures  the  natural  taste  of  food!

Pros - Dual heat control, easy assembly, huge cook chamber
    Cons - thin walls
I got this smoker because i blew up my last gasser, that's another story. I have since made hot dogs kielbasa, Canadian bacon, venison roasts/jerky/ snack sticks/ hot dogs/ pepperoni, pulled pork, brisket and lunch a few times.  I can get it to hold temps around 115 deg consistently and from there on up.  I burn chunk that I cut from logs, and get 2-3 hours per chunk.  Very little fuel usage, most of my smokes are low temp long smokes, 10-14 hours, and i have adapted to run a 100 pound tank.  I am yet to run out of fuel would recommend this smoker to anyone one looking for a larger gasser.

Pros - Huge capacity. Twin burners give good control Has a sausage rack in the top. Came with a nice cover.
Cons - Chip trays too small and can cause flaming chips
I have the 2015 Sam"s Club version of this with the glass door. It came with several racks, a rib rack, and a sausage hook ring in the top.

The 2 mesh racks are great for fish and other items that might fall apart.

The rib rack I have never used. Designed to hold about 6 racks of ribs on edge.

The regular racks have been holding up well.

Outdoor Leisure Products is very customer oriented. I had a missing latch and a couple rack holders with bad welds. Replaced right away.

Extra racks were less than $20.00 each and come with side rail holders. I think $15 each.

Spare burners were $12.00 each and come with the igniter!! Bought 2 for someday.

    Modified with the usual items:

    1) Nomex gasketing for the doors

    2) Needle valve for the burners

    3) Engineered cast iron chip trays so I could use chunk wood.

For my total investment, I have a meat smoking machine. My biggest smoke was six 10 pound pork buts and four 16 pound briskets at once!! I put 2 briskets on a rack.

I used about half a tank of propane firing both burners for quite a time. That mass of meat absorbed heat!! The smoke penetration on the meat was great.

I have also done 5 racks of chicken quarters with 10 quarters per rack for a wedding reception.

The side vents are a bit flimsy and the factory thermometer is scrap. I will make skirts on the legs to protect the flames from blowing out.

I did not write half of the post above. I must have been hacked! I did write about the smoking venison but the political stuff I did not. I can't delete it for some reason either. I'm not here to talk politics I'm here to talk smoking meat! It isn't my political view either..grrrr

I have the pro series 44 and love it. I just wish the regulator came with an adjustable regulator to get the temp down mine tends to run a little warm which is fine I can work with it. I have 20lbs of venison jerky drying right now and I had to turn the gas nearly off on the tank to keep the temp down to 140. Message to trump supporters: it takes a lot to admit that you were fooled about something you were passionate about. Luckily at least some of you have the decency to do just that and you should be applauded for it.
Thank you for changing your mind and avoiding disaster. It's never too late. Much appreciated. Yours, the United States of America and the world.I'll be doing burgers on it for dinner later on.
    Smoke on!! Lol

I have the same smoker without the glass door and am a bit frustrated with having to only use chips.  I'm intrigued by your "Engineered cast iron chip trays".  Can you tell me more about them?  When you say, "engineered" does that mean you designed and built them?

I won this smoker at a Pheasants Forever banquet last weekend. I've noticed the "leaky" doors. Anything we can do to remedy that???

I've enjoyed mine for almost three years now. Very versatile.

I have one and love it!  I've seen them at Sam's for $250 with the cover this year.  I paid $279 for mine 1 1/2 years ago without a cover.
I can fill it up with as much meat as it will hold and bring it up to temp.
