Pros - Ok for the price
Cons - No grease cup. Difficult to adjust the height of the charcoal after the grill has been lit. Does not seal tight to put out the coals when done cooking
Not user friendly. Charcoal is messy enough to work with & this grill makes it more difficult. You would think from a company that is known for its charcoal that they would be able to make a bomber grill to go with there well known product! :(

Pros - sturdy/well built, holds temp, adjustable, user friendly.
    Cons - No side box.
I love this grill. I originally bought this for smoking not knowing what I was doing. If I knew then what I know now I would have gotten a different model, ONLY because it doesnt have a side box and maintaining fire and smoke levels and such are difficult since you have to open the cooking chamber. However, I have used this thing a TON for smoking and grilling and I LOVE it! I have done everything from steaks to brisket, ribs to chicken, burgers to pork butts. It takes a little longer and it takes more care but for the price I am more than satisfied.
