Pros - Consistant success
Cons - Water pan needs to be a heavier guage steel
I have owned a Brinkmann for about 3-years. I absolutely love it. I just follow the instructions & recipe cooking times, which results in success every time. The only negative I have determined after mamy, many cookings is the drip/water pan should be of a heavier guage steel.
Pros - None
Cons - Real pain to use. Have to take it all apart to put in more wood.
I hated this thing! too difficult to put more wood in, and it runs hot. Too hard to control temps.
