This one has hels up well compared to others I have had in the past...Usually you only get about4-5 yrs out of them before the crater. So far so good . I like the rotiserrie burner. It gets plentyhot. Blue Ember did send me a replacement drip pan and heat sheild for No Charge. They were polite and nice on the phone.

May I ask how long it took to get the replacement? We love the grill, but have been waiting for a few months for the drip pan.
