    How do you store your jalepeno peppers?

    I have always had 2 or 3  plants in the garden.  I use the heck out of them and have always froze them. Does anyone can them? Does anyone pickle them?

    Local grocery store had cheese blocks 2 for 3$. I haven't ever used my A-maze-n pellet smoker. I used the pitmaster choice pellets.

    Where do you guys like to get your meat?  I work in Ag and typically have offers for 1/2 hogs & 1/4 beefs.  We have gotten a couple beef 1/4's over the last few years but have varied in quality.  Where do you guys get your beef and pork?

    Well I got the desire to make some canadian bacon as I have been on a pizza making kick and wanted to make my own again.  So I bought a loin and Sam's club had boston butts on sale for 1.68/lb.   Here are some pics from last night.

    Hello from the great state of Iowa #cyclONEnation

    Well since our basketball team, the Cyclones, decided to lose an early game in the big tournament I thought I'd make some more canadian bacon.  Which led me to here and all the buckboard bacon recipes I see. I've been smoking meat for ~5 years.  I enjoy my UDS, ugly drum smoker.
