cut meat into feedable pcs for grinder
1st cut grind
season mixture on meat....I mix the set back in refrigerator
2nd cut grind
stuffing sausage....by roping
roping completed...30 lb...link twist not shown
drying...
Hi everyone, Looking forward in learning how to use my MES30 to its fullest.... I had this smoke for about 1.5 years now.... Hats off to all of you who has used their MES30 or 40 to its fullest. Love to get help on making it a sausage smoke toooo.lol
