    Chili sauce

    Caramel

    My sister in law makes awesome caramels. I think im going try my own and smoke them. Thinking of cold smoking the sugar and butter. Then make the caramels and cold smoke the finished product. Any thought??

    Mustard binder

    Doing some pulled pork. Will the flavored mustard make a noticeable difference in the cook? Thinking about using a spicy brown mustard.

    MES 40 not heating.

    Fired this up for a smoke the other night. Started to heat then quit and 30-40 minutes I guess. The heating light is on but no heat. I turned it off then started over but no help. Where do I start?

    Getting ready for the Christmas turkey smoke. What do you do with there giblets. I usually throw them to the dog but thinking maybe I'll smoke them too. Any tips?

    Bisquettes wont advance

    Mother in law has a BTIS1. The advance button was sticking so I cleaned it up and thats working now. It still wont advance automatically like it should. Cleaned up the contacts the blew out the smoke gen. Any other cheap tricks to try before I start replacing the electronics?

    My 17yo son was recently diagnosed type 1 Diabetic. What are you doing for the diabetic in your life? Do you completely revise your recipe's to reduce sugars or keep smoking as usual and have them enjoy in moderation?
