I'm doing some chili for a party this weekend. I don't want it to be too spicy, but want to have a sauce that others can add if they want to make it spicier. Not sure how I want to go about it. Any ideas?
My sister in law makes awesome caramels. I think im going try my own and smoke them. Thinking of cold smoking the sugar and butter. Then make the caramels and cold smoke the finished product.

Has anyone tried Jeff's 5hr pulled pork recipe. We are racing this weekend and thought I'd smoke this Wed night and have it Friday and Saturday at the track?

Fired this up for a smoke the other night. Started to heat then quit and 30-40 minutes I guess. The heating light is on but no heat. I turned it off then started over but no help. Where do I start?

Mother in law has a BTIS1. The advance button was sticking so I cleaned it up and thats working now. It still wont advance automatically like it should. Cleaned up the contacts the blew out the smoke gen. Any other cheap tricks to try before I start replacing the electronics?

I have a 40" Masterbuilt. Trying to decide if the mailbox mod is for me. Currently I just light my amazen tube and put it on the bottom rack.
