    Hello from the Hoosier State

    Hi,  I'm Tom.  I built my own smoker a year ago from an old GE electric range & a Bradley Smoke Generator.  It works very well.  I have smoked brisket, turkeys, pastrami, pork ribs, and most recently pork shoulder.
