    Spiral Honey Ham - Yep

    Did a spiral honey ham (already cooked). Yep, it can be smoked. Started it in my WSM clone to start and gave it a smokey flavor - finished in the oven. It was a hit. Best part, 5 women and I was the only guy - granted, one was my Mom. Needless to say, I didn't do the dishes!

    Beef short ribs

    Can you smoke beef short ribs? They were on sale today and bought a boat load of them. I had the butcher trim them up for me. I have never had them, but heard they were great and need a long cook time to get them like butta.
