    Couple of little racks I prepped last night by coating with yellow mustard and then my own made dry rub. I will post more pics later today.

    Crome toast racks.

    Does any of you fine people know if it's safe to use Crome plated toast racks in a smoker? I bought a couple for standing my ribs up to save space but am now doubting myself as to weather they are safe? Bob.

    Emergency wood.

    Good morning chaps. I'm planning on doing a smoke up this Sunday for my wife's birthday BBQ and the guy who normally supplies my fruit wood has blown me out. Do you know if using the "kiln dried" fire wood you can purchase in most garden centres is ok to smoke meat with? Thanks chaps Bob.

    Warming a butt.

    Can anyone help me out. I'm smoking a pork butt tomorrow for a family bbq on Saturday. Will it be ok to chill the butt once pulled and re heat on Saturday? Ps I'm in the U.K so tomorrow is a little closer here 128512
