    Smoke Hollow Temp difference

    I'm hearing the same story about Smoke Hollow Electric Smokers, "the temp gauge is off about twenty degrees".  Well, Mine is no exception. Has anyone tried to rectify this problem?  Is it a gauge issue or design? Bruce

    Question about pellets

    I have a Smoke Hollow Electric.  I've never used pellets to smoke.  Can these be placed directly into the wood cup?  Should I make a "aluminum foil packet"? Bruce
