    Pork breakfast sausage

    Small fans

    Anyone use a small fan in there smokehouse? I plan to install a stove hood fan in mine. Figuring it will help cook everything more even.

    Ordered this burner today. My new smokehouse is made out of 1" cypress and is 4s4x8 with an attached 30"x30"x30 brick firebox. Is it to big? Rate for up to 160,000. I liked this one because it uses outside air.image.jpg (785k. jpg file)
