    I went as an advisor with the scouts to Kolob resivour and the kids caught some great fish in the 20" plus range. I caught one tiny one I had to keep because of how it was hooked and four 16-18" rainbows. They caught hard and that was fun and the four that got off during the fight were fun...

    OK, here are the final pics.  They were outstanding.  I seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic salt then on the plank and grilled on low for about 1/2 hour.  took off the cedar and removed heads, skin and bones.  Very awesome.  The browns had a great meaty flavor and the cutthroat when cooked...

    OK, here is the finished product. I smoked them until they reached 145* in Hickory at 200*  Next time I will do 180* and same IT.  Very good, but I know I ca do better! Mel
