    Made this today from a recipe I got from wife's g ma. ingredients. before smoker. on bge. done, real good but rich. Wife loved it, hasn't had it since g ma passed 3yrs ago. She says happy wife, husband happy smoker.

    Leg quarters on MC PR60

    Just smoked brined leg quarters on my meadow creek pr60. Brine was mixed by the wife (mixologist) and chicken brined for 2.5 hours. Removed and rubbed half with cavenders Greek seasoning and half with Weber kikin chicken. Cooked at 325 till done (it 165).
