    New Guy in Oregon

    Hey just wanted to let u guys know I am fairly new to smoking bit have been doing it for about a uear now. Love to bbq/smoke and just overall cook for pleasure. I grew up in t he south and take my cooking pretty seriously. I am always looking for new ideas and ways to improve.
