    Charity Work

    Greetings!!

    Originally from Alabama....currently banished to MD.  :) Love to fire up my smoker and kill about 12-15 hours. Give a lot of food away to schools and charities....not because I am a nice guy...I just LOVE TO SMOKE this food!!! Hope you all have a great day!!

    Greetings!!

    I got the "Smoking" bug about 18 months ago and it has been freaking awesome ever since.  Just wanted to say hello and post a pic.  Smoked about 48 pounds of Boston Butt for a school function for my little ones...I am my own harshest critic, but I have to say that this batch was DELICIOUS!!!
