    Hi Guys, Probably raised before, but i got a smokin it #3 and the thing wont go above 180 degrees. Not too happy and i am within the return window.    Do pellet smokers/grills produce as much smoke? Should i jump to pellet while i have the chance? Mainly for RIBs, but also would love to do...
