    Hey everyone. New to smoking. Just bought myself a Masterbuilt Dual Fuel Smoker yesterday. Already have it all seasoned up and ready to go. Going to try out my first smoke today. with a 3.5lb chicken and some oak and cherry wood chips! Wish me luck!
