i try to keep the temp down below 90 i use two charcoal briquette's and that will go for about an hour or so and add another one when they start to go out i try to smoke about four hours you might have to pull and stick in freezer for about 15 min. or so
it puts great smoke they have them at wal-mart just lite a couple of charcoal and add your chips dry first and then the soaked after dry starts to burn down
