    Question about the A-Maze-N tube

    Hey ya'll I have a 40" smokey mountain propane smoker, and recently purchased an AMNPT. My question is, where to you place the tube while smoking, I see some people place it on top of the chip pan, other place it in an intermediate rack, any advice would be welcome. Thanks!

    Memorial Day Smoke - With Q-View

    I just started my Memorial Day Smoke! I am doing a bacon wrapped 4# center cut pork loin. I rubbed it 24 hours ago with a honey BBQ rub infused with garlic olive oil, wrapped in bacon, and just put in the smoker! What to do now? Hmmmmm... How bout an adult beverage!
