    Need Help With Wild Boar & Elk Chops!!!!

    Had a find bring me several chops from a wild boar and elk that he had gotten up north. I have never cooked or eaten either and want to have the best outcome. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I dont want to mess up this opportunity to try both at their best.

    Newly Addicted From College Grove, Tn.

    Brand new to the smoker world and have always thought I dont have time. Well I've made time. After lurking around this site for a few times I signed up now I will spend every spare minute educating myself before I ask question and pull the trigger on a grill. Glad to be here.
