    Smoked my first meat the other day...wings, and were amazing.  Been looking at the fatties and had to give it a shot.  Prepped everything tonight plan to smoke tomorrow night.     Another NEWB for Ks

         I am 28 and as well just got a water smoker for xmas.  I just smoked for the first time two days ago and made wings.  Pretty sure I'm addicted already.  Just made my first fattie today and plan to smoke it tomorrow.  EXCITED!!!!

    OK so i've always done my ss in the oven until i got my new smoker for xmas.
