I have a bottom of the line Masterbuilt 30. I am using Jeffs dry rub recipe on two racks of ribs. I had to cut the racks in two to fit them in the smoker. I am planning on doing the 2-2-1 method. The question I have is this, because of me cutting the rack in half will this affect the 2-2-1...
Been lurking for a while here, looking for ideas on a good smoker to purchase. I decided on a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker. I am totally new to the whole idea of smoking, so I will be asking a lot of questions. I like to hunt and fish, and am also interested in making my own sausages.
