    Took off smoker at 135 cooked 3 hours at 300 in my new ceramic cooker. only let it smoke for about 1 hour using peach wood then wrapped. Veggies were cooked in a metal pan under the roast to make a great Auju.

    Basic Pulled Pork Smoke

    Just bought a new smoker and looking for a place to get wood.  I tried wood chunks from Home Depot but they burn too fast and require constant attention.  I want to find something larger, any ideas?  If so please private message me.

    Lots or fire today with the Gas Smoker

    I had the same problem with my gas smoker but I put my wood chips in a iron skillet wright on top of the normal wood tray and the fire stoped.   10 inch skillet fits my smoker perfect.
