    I am a jewelry designer so I have been busy working for the season.  Smoking is going to have to wait until after xmas.  Everything is going to have to wait until afer xmas. However, New Years, I am smoking a BIG pork roast!  I'll get back to ya all on that. Happy Holidays, Be back soon...
