    NEED: Low Salt Recipe

    Well, my first run of jerky worked OK, using Kutas' recipe, in a dehydrator. now, I have a request for a similar jerky but LO SALT. I use "Cure#1" I am thinking I can just remove the salt, rely on the soya and worcestershire, and soak for 72 hours. but I'd appreciate any proven recipes.
