    First smoke in a while!

    Finally got to use the 40" MES for the first time in a while. Used the AMNPS and my Maverick 732 on a 7# boston butt. Took almost 13 hours but man best result so far. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Maverick 732 question

    Just got the unit today and smoking some ribs and Boston butts. Using my MES 40 and the maverick is reading 219 on the barbecue probe and have the MES set at 275 is this normal? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Which one! New MES 40 first Qview

    Was looking at going to buy a MES 40 tomorrow from Sams.  It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I kept seeing such great reviews of it.  Found someone that has a MES 30 they are selling unopened for $125.  Is the price difference worth getting the 40?
