    Pork ham roast - 1-inch thick?

    I'm not interested in smoking it (heresy, I know), but I figure you all are the pork experts and hopefully will help. I received a slab of pork in my CSA this month, and the sticker says Pork Ham Roast, but it's like 1 inch thick and about 1 foot round. What is that and what am I supposed to do...
