    Did a whole chicken on the BTML after rising the grate in the firebox. Ran a lot hotter, and it was a tasty bird.

    It's Seafair hydroplane race day here in western Washington. Doing a breakfast fattie, slab of St Louis ribs, and a piece of chuck roast. About two hours in, should be done around 3:30pm. This is just before foiling.

    That's a good price. I just need the flat piece, my angle is attached with the firebox fasteners. I'll have to call around up here to see if I can get that good of price. I already have hole saws.

    I see Horizon makes them, but I think if I looked hard at it I could figure the small to large hole measurements.

    Got my paint, getting ready to sand, time is running out for me. Big weekend up here, Seafair time on Sunday, smokin and watching the hydroplane boat races.
